Flat Hokkien Noodle Cantonese Classics

1 package of Kang Kang Flat Hokkien Noodles
40g salted mustard greens
50g bean sprouts
40g sliced pork
400g chicken stock or water
Chopped spring onion
½ teaspoon deep-fried garlic
Seasoning Sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
¼ caster sugar
Dark soy sauce
Sesame oil
Boil noodles in hot water for 30 seconds, drained and rest
Prepare the pan or wok over high-heat, add salted mustard green and sliced pork with chicken stock (or water)and Hokkien Flat Noodles
Season up with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and deep-fried garlic, dark soy sauce and sesame oil can also be added
Simmer in low-heat for 3 minutes 3 Minutes
Sprinkle with spring onion to finish
