1 package of Kang Kang Hokkien Noodles
200g braised beef brisket
2 boiled choy-sum
400g chicken stock or water
Chopped spring onion
Chopped red chili
Seasoning Sauce
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
ΒΌ teaspoon caster sugar
Dark soy sauce
Sesame oil
Braise beef brisket in red bean curd and grounded bean sauce for 1.5 hours until it gets tender 90 Minutes
Boil Kang Kang Hokkien Noodles in hot water for 1 minute, drain and plate with boiled choy-sum
Cook the braised beef brisket with chicken stock or water, add in seasoning
Finish with a dash of corn starch and water then top on the noodles with chopped spring onion and red chili
