1 package of Kang Kang Hor Fun
6 pieces of Shrimp Wonton
150g pork bone stock
2 boiled choy-sum
Chopped spring onion
Pork Bone Stock
2kg pork bone
12kg water
Boil pork bone with water for 5 to 6 hours 6 hours
Boil Hor Fun for 1 minute then drain and plate with boiled choy-sum and wonton
Season up the pork bone soup with fine salt, pepper and sesame oil then pour into the bowl of noodles
Sprinkle with chopped spring onion to finish
