Directions
Loosen Kang Kang Ipoh Hor Fun in a large bowl and set aside
Put all ingredients in another bowl (except grated ginger flower) and mix well
Toss Kang Kang Ipoh Hor Fun with the bowl of dressing, then chill for 20 min
Garnish with Coriander Leaf on top to serve
Cooking Tip:
Replace Top shell with Abalone or cooked Chicken slices for variation
