Laksa is a spicy soup with satisfying noodles. Laksa is a staple in Singapore and Malaysia, with small variations according to the country. In fact, each region is known for their own special twist.
The noodles, known as rice noodles or rice vermicelli, add another dimension to the soup, which is generally made with chicken, prawn or fish, and served spicy.
